This newly renovated, fully furnished & cozy 456 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin on a 650 square meter lot is just a block and half from the shores of Wabamun Lake, Alberta. Escape to the beauty of the Summer Village of Seba Beach just 45 minutes west of Edmonton. This cabin is perfect for summer adventures or year-round living.
Our cabin was extensively renovated from the studs up in 2023 and we included the following upgrades:
New spray foam insulation, windows & doors
High quality spray foam insulation was applied throughout the entire cabin for warmth and efficiency. New exterior doors and windows were installed.
New electrical wiring, in-floor heating & plumbing
All new electrical wiring, plumbing, in-floor heating, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures were installed in the cabin.
New septic tank, cistern & shingles
An all new septic tank and water cistern were added to the property. All new shingles were installed on the roof.
New drywall, doors, shiplap & luxury vinyl plank flooring
The cabin was fully newly drywalled, and shiplap was installed on the ceiling. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout, and new interior doors were added.
New kitchen cabinets & appliances
Durable white cabinets with a butcherblock countertop were installed in the kitchen, as well as a new retro-look refrigerator, gas stove, and range hood. A new dishwasher, sink, tile backsplash and faucet were also installed.
New bathroom wet room
A brand new bathroom / wet room was designed and installed. This includes a fully tiled room with a corner shower, sink and toilet with a custom sloped drain.

Privacy fence & front porch
A new treated lumber 8 foot high modern privacy fence was built along the sides and back of the property. The front porch was fully re-built with a treated lumber.
Low maintenance landscaping
Gravel and mulch was added to the front and back yard for a low-maintenance landscape.

A custom bocce ball court was built in the backyard featuring a sand base and solar light accents.
